Option for contract terms with time delay penalties
- Many EVI design and installation projects rarely meet projected milestones. This often happens due to time delays in obtaining a building permit with the local AHJ. As a way to mitigate this problem, we offer our customers options for staggered time delay penalties in our contract terms.
